Samantha - "Sam" - is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and Realtor. She also has her Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist designation. Licensed in Colorado since 2004, Sam has worked alongside Dan Burnett at Summit Resort Group since 2012.  Together they create a dynamic team to assist with any real estate needs as a seller or buyer and offer their clients unique customer based service. Sam works in residential, multi-family, investment, land/ranch and commercial real estate; she works mainly in Summit, Southwest Grand County and Park Counties.

After living in Summit County for over 26 years, Sam and her husband moved to Kremmling, CO, just north of Silverthorne in 2021. Even though travel is a passion, she loves small town living and is still heavily involved in her communities (home and work). She feels that the Colorado High Country is one of the best places to live and play.
